At ClassBound, operated by American Unifest LLC, we aim to provide a clear and transparent ticket purchasing experience.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except in the circumstances outlined below.

The event organizer reserves the right to change the event venue, schedule, or date if necessary due to logistical, operational, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the updated event.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will automatically remain valid for the new event date and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
